Welcome to St Andrew's CE Primary School
At St. Andrew’s, we recognise that every child has individual strengths, talents and gifts to develop and celebrate. Our friendly school gives children the opportunity to learn skills, become creative, enjoy and achieve through a broad and stimulating curriculum. We strongly believe that children need to have the right attitudes to learning and demonstrate an open growth mindset, which in turn will enable them to make the most progress and realise their potential.
Our core Christian Values reflect this and instil a love of learning and respect and tolerance for every individual. Our values are as follows: Excellence, Nurture, Respect, Integrity, Community, Hope
The school aims to demonstrate these values in everything we do and we hope this is evident as you browse our website. Here you will find our curriculum topic maps, acknowledgements of stake-holders' achievements, ongoing correspondence with parents, pupils' learning experiences, policies and numerous other pieces of information which will hopefully keep you all informed of events in and around the school.
We are very much a forward-looking school where professional pride and positive pupil outcomes are fulfilled within a supportive, but challenging ethos. We recognise the importance of well trained, well-motivated and well supported staff, which is why, as part of the Diocese of Ely Multi-Academy Trust (DEMAT), we work closely with the neighbouring Staploe Trust and the wider cluster of primary schools.
We hope you find our website informative. If you cannot find what you are looking for, please do not hesitate to get in contact with us.
